HPT Golden Gates Day 1b: Second of Four Starting Flights Begins at Noon

The Heartland Poker Tour Golden Gates Main Event continues today at noon. Yesterday, 127 entered and 28 remain. They are led by Ryan Van Sanford, who finished the day with 468,500. He was more than 200,000 chips ahead of the next closest player.

Today's field is expected to be bigger, with many of the names who didn't make the cut yesterday likely to be in the field. Jacob Bazeley, Dan O'Brien, Ben Keeline, and Jamie Kerstetter all fired yesterday and will likely fire again today.

The players will play 15 40-minute levels with a one-hour dinner break scheduled after level nine. This is the second of four starting flights. With two more scheduled, one tomorrow at noon and the final flight Saturday, also at noon.
