Cord Garcia set the pace from dinner break to the end of Day 1C, keeping constant pressure on his tablemates and getting a rush-to-the-rail going in Level 13. In the final few hands, in was Philip Placzek taking the overall Day 1C TopStack.
The likes of Ari Engel, Tim Burt, Dan Lowery, Ryan Gregor, Nick Puillo, Ting Ho, Nick Jivkov and Brian Reinert were unable to find enough hips to make it to the end of the night.

Day 2 begins Sunday at 1pm - Blinds of 2k/4k with 500 antes and 40-minute levels all day. Play ends when down to 9 players, however long that takes.
