JW Carter had quite a run at @AmeristarVI, winning the opening event - earning the inaugural HPT Champion Belt - and making the Main Event final table and taking 4th place.
Carter was struggling early here in Day 1A, but just reversed his fortunes with a knockout of Mike VanderWoude right before break to get up to 40,000.
