Nick Jivkov raises to 45,000 from the small blind and Ryan Van Sanford makes the call.

Flop:   

Both players check the flop.

Turn:  

Jivkov bets 33,000 and Van Sanford calls.

River:  

Jivkov bets 85,000.  Van Sanford hesitates while debating his next move, checks his cards, then raises to 280,000.  Jivkov folds and Van Sanford takes the pot.  Van Sanford is currently sitting with about 950,000.  Jivkov may have taken a hit, but got a partial refund the next hand as John Reyes raises to 35,000, Ben Greenberg calls, and Jivkov three-bets for 95,000 and takes down the pot.
