@HPTPoker was just a baby way back in 2006 - with only 16 previous events held - when the tour came to the shores of Lake Michigan for the very first time over at Majestic Star.
The winner of that October 2006 event - Joel Casper - took home a then-HPT record $122,335 first prize, 60 percent larger than any first place prize ever won up to that point.
HPT is now hosting its 202nd Main Event with the tournament here at Ameristar East Chicago, and Casper has joined the field here in Level 3.
