There Goes the Judge

There's quite a bit of postflop action over at table 5, with Judge Leo Boothe moving all in for his last 23,000, Charles Workman (above) and one other challenger making the call on the Kc Kc Kc flop.

Both players check down the Kc Kc turn and river. Workman shows AJ and Boothe shows TT. The third player flips over 7-8 and pauses, waiting for the pot to be shipped his way.

It takes a moment for him to realize he misread his hand, believing he was holding 8-9 for a flopped bottom two pair.

Boothe is eliminated and Workman chips up to 156,000.

All this action took place 3 hands before dinner break. I had more than my share of technical difficulties and was just now able to post the hand.

NOW the action is at

Level - 10
Blinds - 500/1k
Antes - 100
Remaining - 145/257
