Back-to-back pots for Robert Geith pushes his stack up to 150,000 again, an orbit or so after having his pocket Kings cracked by Ace_Jack going four-flush on him.
In the first hand, Geith 3-bet to 12,000 after an open for 5,500. Geith's challenger looked very frustrated by the three-bet, but called. The challenger was unable to push another 14,000 out to call Geith's flop bet when the board went 2-J-3.
The next hand Geith limps in and sees a challenger 20x all-in. Geith counts out the 40k-plus and finds a call with pocket Eights. Geith is up against Ace_Nine, sees a Nine come on the flop, but the river gives him a set and an elimination.
His first-hand challenger picks up the pocket Eights and implores Geith to tell what hand he hand previously, indicating he folded pocket Eights to that 14k bet.
"I had much better that time," said Geith.
