Matt Paten was all in for 12BB at one point here in the HPT Main Event at
Ameristar St. Charles. It was Craig Casino facing the call, and Casino opted to lay down his hand.
Paten went on a serious run from that point forward, ending up heads-up with Casino for the $110,386 and the St. Charles title. Paten doubled up Casino on the very first hand, then flopped open-ended against a flopped set of Casino tow hands later. All the chips went in, Casino was left with 2BB and the tournament was over the very next hand.
Paten earns his biggest cash ever with the win.
