Robert Geith is a late arrival here in Day 1A, and all his chips go in the middle within his first level of play. Geith flops bottom set on an A-Q-6 board and should be good.
Well, his challenger - Erick Cortez - flopped top set. Cortez's set holds and Geith starts to head out, but it called back as he still has 5BB. Cortez is up to 55k.
Those final 5BB go in with an open-ended draw ... that misses ... back to registration and back in the tournament he goes.
