With Gary Herstein's win back in August, the mantle of best Chicago area player without a major title might fall to Andrzej (Andy) Rogowski. With over $160K in tournament cashes the last 5 years, Andy is a very steady player who doesn't just limit his events to the midwest. His biggest cash came in the WPT Seminole Poker Showdown in Hollywood, FL in 2016 for nearly $27,000. Of his 8 final tables, 6 have come in HPT events, but he's yet to take a top prize. He may also be trying out for the Polish bobsled team during the next break.
