The Bell Tolls For Kramer
Jamey Kramer (above) raised under the gun to 4,500. Ron Bell made it 14,000 out of the shotgun. It folded around to Kramer who made the call. Kramer checked the A62 rainbow flop and Bell continued for 19K. Kramer thought for about a minute and seemed to begrudgingly commit more chips to the pot.
The Ah turn brought a flush draw in addition to pairing the board and both players slowed down, opting for a free river. It was the 7h.
Kramer checked again and Bell bet another 20K. Kramer made the call and Bell turned over pocket kings, but was left shaking his head when Kramer revealed the 6h4h for the running flush.
The South Lyon, Michigan man ballooned his stack up to near 145,000, while Bell was left with 43K. Making matters worse for Bell, the table broke one hand later, preventing him from getting any of those chips back.
