The Sun Also Rises... With The Uber-Nuts

John Sun said he got frustrated with his opponent in this hand, Darrell Haywood, who was a very popular final table player at our @AmeristarEC event in August (finished runner-up to Gary Herstein) and frustrated a lot of people along the way with his aggressive cash-game style.  With one card to come, and the money all in the middle, Haywood was ahead with his AKo against Sun's two red 10's.  Haywood also had the Ace of hearts, giving him the flush draw along with top pair.  But the wrong heart came on the river as the Jh gave Sun the king-high straight flush!  When the stacks were counted down, Haywood was eliminated and in disbelief.  Sun's stack nudged into 6 figures with the win.
