Carnac
February 2016, down to 60 players at @HPTPoker @Gates_Poker and Aaron @ASmoke21ImAllIn Thomas looks to be in complete control of everything taking place around him.
I was asked who I felt would win, and I said Thomas would be the champ. He was not the most well-known in the field, but he was by far the most comfortable and I had not seen a single misstep in two days of play from him.
24 hours later, Thomas was bagging up $246,833 as the HPT Black Hawk champion.
The Champ returns today for a run at another title, seated at Table 11 with Jake Bazeley, Ryan Van Sanford and Mike Englert, among others in Day 1A of the $1650 Main Event.
As for the prognosticating prowess ... a year later a circuit main event is down to 40 and I call Nick Pupillo FTW.
Pupillo runs the table and wins that main event ...
Are you next???
