THAT is Pressure
The last person to win a @HPTPoker @Gates_Poker main event - Alex Greenblatt - was one of those under consideration for Breakout Performance of the Year in the upcoming American Poker Awards.
One of the others on that list - Will Berry, for his WSOP Circuit Tulsa Main Event win - is chipleader here and he just clashed with another 2017 WSOP Circuit champ, Nick Pupillo (Thunder Valley champ).
Berry made it 62,000 to go with a preflop 3-bet, Pupillo 4-bet to 182,000 and Berry moved all in for his remaining 1.55 million.
Pupillo had 820,000 behind and he took a fair amount of time before finding a fold, and the look on Nick's face after the fold said he wasn't convinced a fold was the right play.
Will Berry - 1,775,000
Main Event players go on a 60-minute dinner break in a few minutes. When play resumes, action is at
Level - 22
Antes - 2k
Blinds - 8k/16k
Remaining - 33/607
