Fulfilling what poker tournaments are all about, the min-cash and the camaraderie, $2,232 have been awarded to our first group of eliminees (as I make words up). Included in that was defending champion Austin Wentling, who commendably grinded a short stack all day to get in the money. He's here commiserating, such as it is, with John Yocca, who said he felt so much better about his result knowing he finished one spot ahead of Austin. The last member of the club arrived in especially brutal fashion as Joe Macri turned a straight, but David Olson had already flopped quads.
