Getting The Hang Of Things

After getting his hand caught in the cookie jar, Frank Guerra bet 400K on the turn with the board showing K-Q-7-4.  Since the pot was limped pre-flop and checked post-flop, it was somewhat surprising when Mike O'Neill raised Frank all-in.  Frank had no problem calling off his final 2.48 million with a sneaky top two pair.  Mike's Q5 was drawing dead.  Frank doubled up and once again brought this heads-up match back close to even.

The next hand, he took the chip lead.  On the limped all-diamond 456 flop, Frank check-called 300,000.  He check-called another 425,000 after the 8h on the turn.  Then after 4s paired the board on the river, Frank led out for 1,000,000.  Mike called with 83 for two pair, but Frank had turned a straight with K7.

A couple walks later and the price of poker has gone up.
