They'rrrre Grrrreat!
Tony Bartock (left) limped under the gun. It folded around to Jim Trott (above, left) in the cutoff who min-raised to 16K and Duke Lodge called from the button. The big blind defended until Bartock re-raised to 36K. Trott & Lodge (which sounds like a fine equestrian club) decided to stick around for the flop which came QJ5 rainbow. Bartock led for another 36 grand and this time only Trott stuck around for the turn which was a black 10. This time, Tony checked and Jim fired out 50,000. Bartock called and then checked the 5h river. Trott checked behind and showed KJ, but his hopes were dashed by Bartock's announcement of queens full (QQ). Could've been worse for Jim had he bet the river, but it would've been disaster for Duke had he called the flop. His 98 suited would've turned a straight and it would've been pretty hard to get Tony off top set.
