Heaps for Phllips

Andy Ernstein opens FTA, Bill Phillips calls, another player calls, a very short-stacked SB moves in for $2,900, the BB calls as do all three players initially betting preflop.

OK, got that?

Now, let's go to the flop of   .

Ernstein makes it 11,000 and Phillips (above) tanks for close to three minutes before trying to minraise to 22,000. He puts out 20,200, confusing the blue-ish 100 chip for the blue-ish 1,000 chip.

The bet gets corrected, Ernstein pauses for about 15 seconds, then moves all in for 9,175 more and Phillips only takes a few seconds to toss in two beige 5k chips for a call.

Ernstein shows    for a flush draw and backdoor straight draws .. and a backdoor straight flush draw.

Phillips turns over   for top pair and a gutter to a Jack_high straight.

The SB turns over  , needing another 6 or help completing his backdoor straight draw

The board runs out 3-7, eliminating the SB and Ernstein as well.

Phillips is the chipleader now at 111,500
