Pay Attention, Folks

There's an open for 4x from a player in middle position, but action pauses as the player then takes a chip back and replaces it with another chip and the dealer stops play.

Well, you see, what happened was ... the player apparently though he went 4x to 800 with three black 100 chips and a light purple 500 chip. The player actually went 26.5x by tossing a light grey 5000 chip rather than the 500 chip.

(Editor's note: The writer is semi color-blind so pay little attention to what color the writer claims the chips are)

The dealer informs the player the raise to 5,300 must stand.

Now, you're the next player in line to act, what do you do?

Yep, she shoved for 29,000.

The remaining players folded and the 4x/26/5x player insta-mucked without saying a word.

If you have issues with colors, keep your chips in separate stacks, one for each denomination #ProTip.
