With about 15 minutes left to go in Day 1C Scott Davies found a double.
Davies put all of his chips in the middle on 7-4-3-3 board with 3 spades. Former chip leader Andrew Van Maanen tanked for several minutes. Eventually the clock was called and Van Maanen made the call.
He found that his 10s were in bad shape against Davies' 5-4 for the flopped straight.
The river queen changed nothing and Davies is up to about 200k.
