MURRELL MULTIPLIES BY TWO

Last time we saw Keith Murrell was when he cashed for the biggest score of his poker career. That result came here in Kansas City in 2016 when the local man took home $47,211 for third place in the televised Main Event.

We just witnessed Murrell double up in the following hand...

A player in late position opened to 6k. Murrell jammed behind for about 31k total. Action folded around to the initial raiser who deliberated before eventually making the call.

Classic race.

Murrell's KcKc was a slight underdog to his opponent's KcKc, but not for long.

The KcKcKc put Murrell in the lead. The Kc and Kc on the turn and river changed nothing.

Murrell is back in action and up to 72k

The next post from us will be chip counts when players go on break at the end of this level.

Level: 12 (5:00 remaining)
