The action and activity level is on the lower end of normal as Day 2 play gets underway here at the @HPTpoker Season XIV Championship.
Coming back to 600/1200 with a 1200 BB Ante has players in a mindset that today is going to be a long slow grind to the final table, so they are not nearly as talkative or active as during any of the three Day 1 flights.
Someone would make a boatload of money if they had a Starbucks outlet operating in the back of the tournament area this morning, as the players all seem to be taking their time waking up for Day 2.
There's been a single elimination in the first 15 minutes of play - and that was the blinded-off stack of a player who was crushed on the final hand last night, choosing not to return with a 3,200 stack.
