David Keller Leads 47 Day 1C Survivors with 516,000


The chip leader of the 47 survivors from 293 original entries at the end of Day 1C at the Heartland Poker Tour Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg Main Event is David Keller (pictured) with 516,000. He came on strong during the last stretch of play to take the overall chip lead into Day 2. Other top stacks were bagged up by Ronnie Day (492,000) and Jake Bazeley (455,000), and Iverson Snuffer was the only other player to bag up more than 400,000 with 421,000.

The total prize pool in this $1,100 buy-in Main Event is $532,800 thanks to 555 entries. The eventual champion will take home $119,101 in prize money along with the $3,500 Championship package at the end of the final table on Monday. The top 63 players will cash for at least $1,905. Day 2 begins at 11 am on Sunday. That is when the surviving field of 86 players will return to march down to the money (top 63 will cash), and they won't stop until the final table of nine is set.
