Ryan Gregor began Day 2 @HPTpoker $1650 Main Event @StLouisPokerHC as the overall chipleaer, having bagged a massive 563,000 Day 1 stack. Second verse was nothing like the first, however, as Gregor ran second-best on most of the hands he played.
"It was brutal today, I kept getting the perfect river card to give me two pair and the other guy a set or a straight," Gregor said as he collected his 32nd place $4,199 cash.
Kou Vang was Gregor's nemesis throughout Day 2 - and part of Day 1, Gregor said.
"I could never win a hand against him, he got me every time."
