RICHMOND'S DOUBLE LEAVES SLADEK WITH CRUMBS

Todd Sladek opens, draws one caller, then Robert Richmond moves all in for his last 24,000. Sladek thinks for a bit, then makes the call for all but 2BB of his stack. The third player steps aside and up go the cards.

The race is on with the Nines of Sladek against the Ac Qc of Richmond.

The 6c 4c 6s flop gave Sladek two pair but that's a flush draw for Richmond.

Kh on the turn offers no help but the river is 3c and Richmond earns the double, leaving Sladek so short-stacked that he moves in the very next hand.

J6 for Sladek against a T5, the board goes K-Q-Q-K-6 and Sladek is back to 5BB.

That only lasts a few more hands before Sladek is eliminated.
