Tan Hoang opens to 85,000, Jay McVeigh moves all in for 280,000, Glenda McCall makes the call, but she announces the call before John Small can act from one seat before her.
Small does fold, McCall stays with her call and action folds back around to Hoang. He checks the all-in amount, then he re-raises all-in. McCall needs to call off her remaining 900,000 stack to remain in the hand ... and she does so, creating a three-way all-in.
- McVeigh shows
- McCall turns over
- Hoang has both players covered, showing
Talk about an action flop - - trips for McVeigh, a flush draw for Hoang and McCall has but the Case Queen to improve.
The turn is and the river .
McVeigh gets the main pot to move to 1,000,000, while McCall collects the sidepot to go to 2,000,000 and Hoang slips back to 2,100,000
Small had Ace_Nine and may have called. Because of that, HPT Tournament Director Jeremy Smith puts McCall on a 3-hand penalty once the hand is over. He does so in an almost-apologetic way, though.
