William Smith opens FTA for 700, draws a call from Moose Hughes, there's a repop to 1,600 and both Smith and make the call here early in Day 1A of the @HPTpoker $1,100 Main Event @DBKCandPR.
The flop comes out J - 9 - 5 and Smith jams the flop.
Well, not much Hughes can do, as he flopped TopTwo so he calls and Smith turns up Queens.
Blank, blank goes the runout and Hughes doubles, earning an early elimination to get to 60k.
Tigran Gasparyan just had a similar experience at another table, flopping two pair on an All-Hearts board and getting all his chips in the middle against the Aces of Hyndi Khomutetsky. Gasparyan held and moved to 63,000 with his earned-elimination.
