VOLUNTEER TIME WITH HPTCARES

At most @HPTpoker stops, Marketing Manager Korey Stewart organizes a volunteer workday in the local community as part of the #HPTCares project. This week a crew went to @Halifax_Humane before Day 1B of the @DBKCandPR $1,100 Main Event to assist around the property for a few hours.

Jeff Uligian and Poker News reporter Brandyn Trenholm joined Stewart, HPT Tournament Director Jeremy Smith and myself at the humane society for the morning.

Previous HPTCares volunteer days have included the Vicksburg National Cemetery at the National Military Park in Mississippi where crews helped clean the gravestones of Civil War soldiers, assisting with local food banks in Colorado, Ohio,  Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Pennsylvania, doing a poker night for Veterans in Missouri and much more.

HPTCares volunteer days are open to everyone in the area, so come out and join in at the next HPT tour stop near you.
