WE'RE BACK IN BLACK HAWK

It is fair to call the Heartland Poker Tour, "The Tour of Colorado," as @HPTpoker makes its 31st trip to @Gates_Poker, this time for a $1,650 starting Thursday.

Players from all over the country travel to Black Hawk for every HPT Main Event. The current HPT Player of the Year, Nick Pupillo, won the February 2019 HPT Black Hawk champion.

Previous HPT Black Hawk winners include Wendy Freedman, Theresa Hemingway (this is the only HPT tour stop where multiple women have won titles) Alex Greenblatt, Cord Garcia, Craig Casino, Mike Englert, Aaron Thomas and Will Givens.

There's three Noon-starting-time flights for the HPT Black Hawk Main Event, taking place Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Players open with 30,000 stacks and play 15 40-minute levels for each Day 1 flight, bagging up their stacks each night just before Midnight.

A single re-entry per player (per flight) is available until Level 10 each night, at about 7:30pm each night.

All players with a live stack after 15 levels return Sunday at 11am to play down to the 9-handed final table. Colorado is NOT a Best Stack Forward state, so players who wish to play another flight after bagging must FORFEIT their chips before buying in to the next flight.

A Livestreamed final table is scheduled to begin Monday at Noon.
