Phwap is Here

People who follow poker are familiar with the story of Kevin 'Phwap' Boudreau who collapsed outside the Rio in Las Vegas on dinner break during a 2013 WSOP tourney.

According to the PokerNews article before this year's WSOP Main Event, "Boudreau suffered a severe brain injury accompanied by a stroke, and he was quickly hospitalized to undergo an emergency operation before he was placed in ICU for five weeks. After a complicated rehabilitation process, Boudreau was finally allowed to head back home only in December, six months after the episode."

His recovery continues, and today he is here playing in Day 1C of the Main Event at Golden Gates in Blackhawk, Colorado. He had about 48,000 chips as level 6 ended. We just stopped by his table and he is now at about 38000

Level 8
Blinds - 300/600
Antes - 50
Entries - 228
