The player on the button makes it 3000, the SB moves all in and also exposes his hand to Ravi Raghavan in the BB before Raghavan acts.
Ragravan mucks his cards and now there's a whole lot of discussion before the floor staff steps in.

The floor staff rules the hand must be exposed to all players still in the hand since the SB exposed his hand and influenced action due to it, that way Raghavan in the BB does not have an unfair advantage over the player on the button.

The hand is exposed - AA - the button folds and the SB rakes in the chips, then heads away on a one-lap penalty for exposing his hand and influencing action still remaining.
