Thunder Valley Resort in northern California is home to this year's HPT Season Championships Series, and the Main Event kicks off today at 2pm with Day 1A.
We're expecting big fields over all, as 58 seats have been won this week in satellites, and there's 30 more seats guaranteed in satellites the rest of the weekend.
Players get 30,000 chips for the main event and play hour-long levels throughout the $2500 buyin with a $500,000 guarantee.
