The largest of the three Belterra $1100 Main Event starting flights took place today with 162 total entries. Players kept buying in as a steady strem through the first 6 levels, and re-entries took over the last few levels during registration.
The last time I saw Roger Campbell he was the TV Table bubble out at Thunder Valley in California for the Season XII HPT Championship Event. Today he was the tournament short stack coming back from dinner break with just 4BB. Lots of double-ups and knockouts later, Campbell managed a 312,500 bag, good for 3/32.
Michael Hahn, with 367,000, bagged the TopStack of the day.
The last level of the night brought the end of teh Main Event for both Craig Casino and defending Belterra champ Sameer Al-Dbhany. HPT Player of the Year Ryan Gregor lost his bid for another HPT cash when he was knocked out in level 12.
