Greg Geller built a stack early in Day 1a, but was unable to get much going later in the day and eventually busted. He is back at it today and currently sitting at 23,200. He has earned $246,753 in tournament winnings, but is seeking only his second HPT cash.

Kevin Boudreau

Kevin Boudreau is making his first appearance for this HPT Golden Gates. His lifetime earnings are approaching $600,000. He only has two HPT cashes, but both of his HPT cashes have come at Golden Gates. Last year, in this same event, he finish 10th for $16,188 and just missed the TV final table. In September he returned and finished 22nd for $5,093. It seems Boudreau's been running good at Golden Gates, and he will be looking to improve on last year's tenth place finish.
