Late-Entry Luthens

Kurt Luthens bought in late in the day with a tournament voucher that he won from this morning's qualifier.  He is from Colorado and is hoping to get his first HPT cash this event.

In a three-way hand with Greg Geller and Gary Schneider, Luthens hits big and drags in a big pot.

Flop:    

Geller is first to act and bets 3,500.  Schneider calls from the cut-off and Luthens calls from the button.

Turn:  

Geller checks, followed by Schneider.  Luthens bets 3,500 and both of his opponents call.

River: 

Geller and Schneider check to Luthens, who bets 6,000.  Only Schneider calls.  Luthens turns up   and Schneider mucks.

Luthens is currently sitting with about 72,000 in chips.
