An Expensive Mistake

Frank Guerra raised to 400K from the small blind and Mike O'Neill called.  Both players checked the 3-A-T with two hearts, but after the 7c turn, Frank check-called a-half-million.  The river was the 8s.  Frank bet 1 million.  Mike called.  Frank turned his hand over confidently, but then was informed his QJ did not make a straight.  Mike made a pretty strong call with A2 and Frank was embarrassed at his error, a costly won that gave Mike the chip lead.  That was the last hand of the level and things are now very pricey.
