Registration is officially closed for the second of three flights in the $500 Mini Series Main Event from The Meadows Casino in Washington, PA.
Today's flight drew 110 total entries. Add that to yesterday's 114 and the two-day total is 124 entries. Tomorrow's flight is expected to have the biggest turnout.
Some say that the youth have an advantage in poker these days. Robert Francis (pictured) is doing his best to prove that theory wrong. Francis leads the field by a good margin through the first eight levels. He'll look to continue the pace as we'll play down to roughly 10% of the field before remaining players bag chips for Day 2.
Players are coming back to 500/1,000 blinds with a 1,000 bb ante. Here's a look at some chip counts thus far:
