PATEL LEADS THE DAY 1B CROWD

Neil Patel went on a last-three-levels heater in Day1B @HPTpoker $1650 Main Event @AmeristarEC, putting a great deal of pressure on players the final hour as he rolled up the biggest stack of the night - a whopping  640,000.

Jerry Siemienas was on the right side of two consecutive monster pots against last September's runner-up Darrell Haywood to bag up a 556,000 stack. He bagged that much despite losing 175k on the final night of the hand when his Kings ran in to two pair.

Other making Day 2 include Aaron Massey (128,000, joining his brother, Ralph, who bagged last night); Jeff Fielder (129,000); Mark Geith (228,000); Steve Fox (106,000) and Jerod Smith (69,000).

The group who came for Day 1B and left without a Day2Stack included Greg Raymer, Gary Herstein, Darrell Haywood, Mike Makenjairn, Ed Sebesta, Nick Pupillo, Aaron Johnson, Rob Wazwaz, Kenny Nguyen, Nick Davidson, Garrett Riley, Harold Evans, Ryan Julius, Darryl Ronconi, Shawn McCracken, Andy Rogowski and Kenny Baime.
