Chuck Kelley was one of the top stacks on dinner break, sitting at about 160,000. Less than an hour back from dinner and Kelley has almost doubled his stack, sent more than one player to the rail and now is the first player in Day 1B of the HPT Daytona Beach Main Event to reach the 300,000 chip mark.
Kelley - from Jacksonville - had fewer than $5,000 in career poker tournament earnings until the beginning of this month. He went 9x in a single day, winning the $360 buy-in Event 1 in the WPT series for a $41k score.
