George Janssen Leads the Final Nine with 6,695,000 at HPT Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg
We are down to the final nine players remaining in the Heartland Poker Tour Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg Main Event after 86 returned at the start of Day 2.
The chip leader at the end of play is George Janssen (pictured) with a massive stack of 6,695,000. He played a lot of huge pots during the final stretch of the night, and he took out Jake Bazeley (11th) and Matthew Hils (12th) during the final stages of play.
Coming into the final table second in chips is Greg Wood with 2.3 million. Wood is appearing at his fourth HPT final table. Rounding out the top three is Doug Songer, who took out Dave Keller in 10th place on the final hand of the night to increase his stack to 1.76 million.

The money bubble burst early today when 63 players remained, and notables that finished in the money included Bazeley (11th), Timothy Burden (13th), Iverson Snuffer (14th), Henry Zou (19th), Michael Sabbia (22nd), Brett Apter (24th), Daniel Sepiol (25th), Dan Hummer (38th), Michael Rieck (41st), Matt Stammen (48th), Jerry Payne (54th), and Ryan Tamanini (59th).
