FRIEDMAN ELIMINATES RUTHOLZ


I showed up on the river and saw a barrel of pink 5k chips out in front of Adam Friedman, more than enough to put his challenger, Hal Rutholz, all in.

The board read Td2dAs7sTs. Rutholz took so long to decide that clock was called and HPT Tournament Director Jeremy Smith began the 30-second count.

Rutholz called after just a few seconds, Friedman showed QhTh for trips and Rutholz jammed his cards in to the muck rather than follow the rules of poker and show his hand due to an all in and a call.

Rutholz is out in 18th place, a $7,498 cash, while Friedman moved to
