Andrew Spears ran up a big stack last week at @HPTPoker Pittsburgh and ran it clear to the final table where he finished 5th, cashing for $16,889.
He's back at it again here in Day 1C HPT Columbus, up to 290,000 and 2nd in chips with about 90 players remaining.
Spears traveled to HPT Pittsburgh with Dan Wagner and both made the final table, Wagner winning the event by doubling up five different times while heads-up, taking home $76,165. Wagner bagged a 185,000 stack last night and Spears is looking to join Wagner in Day 2.
