Mike Esquivel just used the tried-and-tested all-in survival strategy of standing up after pushing in his remaining chips to double-up early in Level 10 at @HPTpoker East Chicago Day 1A.
Esquivel had gone so far as to turn his back and start to walk away before a River 4 gave him a set and a chance to continue in the tournament. Esquivel pounded the table with his open palm and chatting amicably with his tablemates once his stack was refreshed.
