Poker player John Nelson may not have a lot of HPT experience under his belt, but don't let that fool you. The local man has brought in a reported $615k in earnings at the tables dating back to 2012. Among his accomplishments is one HPT final table in Southern Indiana in 2017. That 8th place finish was good for an $11,000 payday.
Nelson entered early in Flight A at Hollywood Toledo today. He's sitting just below starting stack as we approach the start of Level 9. Players will take a 45 minute dinner break at the end of Level 9. When they return from dinner, registration will be closed. Flight B begins at 5:15pm.
