On a 10-high flop, Mahfooth got the last of his chips in with pocket aces and got a call from Iacovone's king-ten. The river did produce a king but the board had paired by then so Mahfooth held the bigger two pair. That put Mahfooth up to 2.7M.
A few hands later, Mahfooth called Iacovone's all in for 1.5M. It was Mahfooth's ace-jack against Iacovone's ace-six. Just when it looked like Iacovone was on the ropes, he hit a six on the turn to stay alive.
Gervais still has a big lead while Iacovone is up to over 3M and Mahfooth is down to roughly 1.5M.
