Though the $500 Main Event here at Hollywood Toledo just kicked off today, the current HPT Mini Series began last weekend. There have been a variety of daily side events leading up to this weekend's pinnacle tournament.
Zinoviy Pelekh (pictured) was the biggest winner early in the week. Pelekh topped a field of 696 entries in the opening $200 event to take home the lion's share of the $110,624 prize pool. Pelekh collected $24,000 for his efforts.
