CHIPLEADER DOWN
Nothing went Nick Raio's way today.
He started Day 2 @HPTPoker @DBKCandPR Main Event as the overall chipleader with a massive 758,000 stack. In the last 5 years covering HPT Main Events, I've never seen anyone within 150k of that amount to start a Day 2.
Well, he was on the wrong end of every flip today, doubling up Corey Zedo and Nikita Moiseev - among others - and the stack just ran out when he 4-bet all-in with Pocket_Eights and ran in to the Pocket_Kings of John Lulgjuraj for a 650,000 pot.
The board ran out 5-7-Q-Q-A and Raoi's day ends with a $2,588 payout.
Lulgjuraj moves to 850,000.
