With his mincash today at @HPTpoker @DBKCandPP Main Event, Aaron @AyeGeeJay Johnson (pictured) moves to 156.4 points in the Season XIV HPT Player of the Year race. Based on where others in the tournament are today, this actually drops Johnson from second to at least third in the standings.
Points leader Ossama Estafanous (at least 160.7 points) is still in and has a 550k stack with 30 players remaining. Jake Baumgartner (at least 159 points) has a 150k stack, so they are currently 1-2 in the POY race.
Darryl Ronconi did not cash cashed, he stays at 146 points. Neither Mike Kamenjarin (5th, 145.7) nor Mike Englert (6th, 140) came to play in Daytona Beach.
7th place Alex Ziskin is still in, so he's now at (at least) in 4th at (again, at least) 147.7.
Maurice Hawkins make make a big move up the leaderboard. He started this tournament in 15th place, is up to 13th right now and moves to 11th if he makes the 27-player redraw.
The Nov. 10-14 Season Championship at Ameristar East Chicago is the final tournament of the season, and it counts in the POY standings.
