MR. HPT SETTLING IN

He's No. 1 on the All-Time @HPTpoker Money List, the man they call "Mr. HPT," for 80 percent of his tournament earnings come from this tour.

@CraigCasino1 is here for Day 1A of the $250,000 Guaranteed HPT $1,100 Pittsburgh Main Event, already beginning to chip up.

There's 3,000 in the pot preflop as Casino leads out for 1,600 on the 2-3-6 flop. One-by-one, the other four players in the pot opt to send their cards to the muck.

A rare occurrence, Casino opts to give his challengers a view of his holdings, flashing Eights for an overpair as he rakes in the chips.

DELLARIA ELIMINATES KREBS

We pick up action on the turn between Maria Krebs and Frank Dellaria, the pot with 10,000 already in it just a few minutes in to Level 2 here in Day 1A of the @HPTpoker $250,000 Guaranteed $1,100 Main Event @MeadowsCasino.

Krebs led out for 6,000 on the    , only to see Dellaria move in for his remaining 25,400 stack. It appears Krebs is covered by about 2k. She debates a few moments, and calls off her stack.

• Krebs shows   for a flopped TopTwo.
• Dellaria has the best of it for now, his   the made nut-flush.

Krebs needs to catch one of her remaining four outs, but misses as the  his the felt on the river.

"I'll be back," she says as she heads out of the room to the registration desk for a new 30,000 stack.

Dellaria moves to 58,000, one of the top stacks in the room at this very early Day 1A stage.

FLASHBACK TO APRIL

Dan Wagner climbed back from being an exceptionally short stack ... twice ... at the final table to win the April 2019 @HPTpoker Main Event @MeadowsCasino, earning $76,165 as he made a major comeback against Anthony McIe FTW.

Wagner needed every one of his five double-ups heads-up against McIe to climb back and capture the victory. Twice at the final table he was down to just 2BB and managed to survive, climb the pay ladder and get to that 5-doubles heads-up match.

The April $1,100 Main event drew a 345-entry field, its prize pool $334,650.
